Everyone has their own reason(s) for choosing BlackBerry so I'm wondering why do the CrackBerry readers stick around and not go with another mobile platform? Or perhaps some people use multiple devices. So why do you choose BlackBerry?

Because it fits my needs perfectly. Just like my Toyota 4Runner with 246K miles on it that I drive on daily basis. Sure there might be something better out there, but it doesn't mean I don't look forward to the new model year to see what's different.

I love my Z30 - it's amazing. I recently went out to dinner with two friends; one had the Nexus 5, the other the Apple iPhone 5. They were impressed with the Z30's big screen, four external speakers, BlackBerry HUB, big virtual keyboard with text prediction, HDMI port, etc. I still think the Z30 is better than the other two phones.

Yes, the Hub is definitely a feature of BlackBerry 10 that keeps me on the platform -- along with other things :-)

For me it started because of BES, after that it was the keyboard and now is the HUB, the LED and at the end it is the BES again.

So many reasons I stick to BlackBerry. The Hub and the way it helps me have all my communications in one place, with ease of use that allows me to be productive all the time. BBM let's me stay in touch in real time with family, friends and co-workers, BBM Groups and Channels are a great addition to my communications and entertainment tool belt. Remember is one app I can't live without I write down notes and to-dos all the time to free my mind from having to remember necessary but cumbersome stuff like groceries lists and stay focused on the task at hand. The list goes on and on and on...

Like I said at the beginning there are so many reasons I stick with my BlackBerry but in a nutshell it's because it covers what I need in a smartphone better than any other phone. And with my new Z30 I'm just in smartphone heaven.

Because I spent $600 on my Q10 and I don't want to throw that money into the garbage without using it.

I'm a little disappointed on the Q10 since I thought it'd have as many features as my BlackBerry Bold. Once this Q10 becomes a year old (next month) I'm going to drop it and go back to BlackBerry Bold + iPhone combination. One device for fun and another to get things done, not one that has half of both.

Currently have a similar setup, although in my case it's the 9790 for work and LG G2 Mini for "fun."

It started, for me, as a novelty. I wanted to help the Canadian underdog, gave BB10 a shot. And actually fell in love with it.

What it has morphed into is a heightened concern for internet security, and the knowledge that the masses are not always right. It's the "smart" choice, if not the cool/trendy/fun choice.

Well those that come to mind right now are :

    1. Fast activation/configuration without too much of user input
    2. Push of applications
    3. Connectivity with the internal network. This helps a lot because there is no need for VPN connection. And we can connect even to simple appliances without the need to expose them to the internet.
    4. Redundant connection. Since BES will try to connect to the internet through the available internet connection, users always have access to their email and internal network even if the primary internet line fails and the backup line comes up. (try that with simple activesync without user or IT intervention)
    5. Access to the file server in the same manner as I say in 3.

Those are the first things that we mostly use and have encountered. There are also other things but at the moment they don't come to my mind.

Love the OS and every BlackBerry that I've owned, ever since my first one an 8100 Pearl, has been reliable and smooth. I've had an 8100, 8110, 9000, 9800, 9700, 9710, 9900 and Z10. Every one of them worked flawlessly.
