My computer system is win7 64, and had link and blend all installed, and my q10 did not switch on the mess storage mode.
When I connect q10 to computer, it could start link automaticlly. At the same time, the device manager will show some message. After that, I opem my computer, there's no flash found, and the device manager says the storage did not installed.
My office's computer is XP and only can install link. While I connect to computer, link need to start manually, but the computer shows a flash z, and I can use it normally.
How can I fix the issue in my own computer?

Maybe a driver problem? Reinstall Link?

With the phone plugged in right or left click on device manager to bring up the menu and go to settings or properties... make sure your drives are automatically mounted.
