    When I try to install it pop a message unable to insall this app..i tried to install lastest version cobalt but unable to.install..please help me

    Which OS are you currently on? How are you trying to install Cobalt's patched apk?

    Make sure you have deleted any previous versions of the GAM apk and if you are on OS 2876 make sure you have updated with the BlackBerry runtime fix from BBW.

    keep saying "unable to install app" im trying to install cobalt's Google Account Manager 4.3.3

    Tried to use Cobalt's mobile network also isntalled the runtime from bbw but still can't install

    help is needed thanks

    uninstall old versions of google id google manager play store etc.you can do this by installing uninstaller app from blackberry world.
