    New phone to you that hasn't been connected to your network, or a phone you have been using and this just happened?

    What phone? BBOS, BB10 or Android?

    1st have you pulled the battery or done a hardset? If that doesn't fix it, the type of phone makes a difference in how it is activated by your carrier.

    If you are getting the "sim not provisioned" or "sim not allowed", the device likely is stolen, or the carrier didn't provision it properly.

    Typed using my QNX powered BlackBerry Classic running 10.3.2.2876 on WINDmobile HSPA+
