Dont think its white but actually the metal frame reflecting light or sunshine. I thought I read somewhere there is an aluminized torch coming out.
I saw that too. It looked white to me.
I think USA network shows use them on all if not most of their new shows.

I'm like 99% sure it was white.
EDIT: Okay, so I went back and looked closer and noticed that they messed up. The Torch you see when you are looking at the back of it (Picture 2 in my OP) is of a White Torch while the picture you see with the video running on the Torch is actually a Black Torch. The White Torch has white around the screen while the Black Torch has that fake chrome.
Also I noticed that later on in the episode, she is using a slider phone that is meant to look like a Torch, but definitely is NOT a Torch.
Neil from White Collar got an updated Blackberry from the prior season too.
