why? Is amazon not a good enough seller??

Remember BB doesnt make or sell phones anymore at all. They are off the books, there is no reason to have the service anymore.

Amazon has not been 100% for me. Was very happy with shop BlackBerry. Hope TCL bring out their own BB shop. Think they have one for their Alcatel products.

One unresolved issue is where do small/medium businesses in the US go now? Paying retail for a fleet of devices is silly. No shop blackberry (used to offer good discounts and warranty options for 10+ devices) no att, no verizon. Amazon and BlackBerry have no interest in business sales (or at least make no effort).

BlackBerry have no devices left to sell.

BlackBerry Mobile (TCL), however, has business sales teams.

I have tweeted at BlackBerry mobile and haven't gotten a response. Their website only points to amazon and bestbuy.
I don't expect BlackBerry to sell phones, there was no transition or option given for business/fleet purchases. I'm just reporting this as an unresolved issue in the transition from BlackBerry to BlackBerry mobile.

Hello if you go to www.blackberrymobile.com there is a tab on business. Actually KEYone was oriented for enterprise but has important consumer interest which seems has caused some delays.

Select tab support and there is an area where you can send an email. Also if you select About us there 2 email accounts that you could use to contact.

    Good luck
