Where to purchase Geocache Navigator

I had Geocache Navigator on my Bold 9000, used it a lot and really liked it. I now have a Bold 9700 and downloaded the trail version. Used it a few times and went to activate it. It seems the only place I can find to purchase the license is Blackberry.com and the only way you can purchase an app from them is via PayPal. Due to some past nightmare type experiences, I'd sooner give up my Blackberry than use PayPal. For me that is no longer an acceptable option.

Does anyone know where I can buy the license for Geocache Navigator without having to use PayPal?
