    It would be news if it were voluntarily done. But with the California requirement looming over head, there basically no choice for attached to permit the release. Otherwise they would be guilty of not permitting the manufacture to full fill the kill switch requirement by the due date July 1, 2015.. Besides with BlackBerry tiny market share what do the have to lose at this point.

    To my knowledge AT&T made no announcement. The update was just pushed to customers phones. I have a Z10 locked to AT&T and saw the notification in the HUB on Thursday June 18th and updated right away.

    It was Tweeted last week that the update was "coming soon". Just did not think it would be this soon.

    I finally got it in my AT&T Q10.
    Z10 and Z30 (unlocked) a long time ago.
    Q10 10.3.2.440 all set up. Wanna buy it?
    I now have too many phones to keep charged up and updated.

    9000 > Q10 > Z10 >Z30>
