Okay... Bought a red skin 5 minutes ago so naturally, the red skin. Oh and the phone with the skin is in my shirt pocket, when I've got one, or my front left pocket.

When I had my Pearl, I carried it into a holster on my shoulder The Tactical 4.0 SeV jacket had like a thingy their I could put the holsters clip over.
Curve in a pink Seidio case rubberized on my purse when I'm out or right front pocket at home. I'm thinking about getting my baby a leather case to have it more protected...
It's OEM pouch and either my right front pocket, or my backpack.
Is it me, or is the vibrate in this phone (8320) not very frisky? I normally think it's something crawling on me, before I realize it's the phone. All my other phones I'd know it was vibrating, even if it was in my backpack.
Always in my Seido on my right hip. Always try to keep it covered though cause I hate people that try to show off their phone on their hip. If in business attire or business casual it makes sense, but in shorts and a T-shirt keep the phone hidden.
8830 I keep it in a Skin in my top left shirt pocket. The skin keeps it from slipping out and in the event it does drop it sure helps. I do wear T shirts at home and then I use a Moss brand holster (sits wide way) that fits the BB and skin snuggly. I did reinfirce the belt clip with some stick-on velcro between the clip and case. I broke the stock holster in about a day. The Moss has been very sturdy. P.S. Good Question.

I tend to wear cargo pants, and carry my BB in the right hand cargo pocket. Nothing else goes in said pocket, to help prevent damage to the screen, etc.
