Yeah, I know what you mean. It's frustrating to go into a store and get a product that the sales person is lacking knowledge on. That's the main reason I have a job. Right now my stores only consist of Costco, Radio Shack, Sams, Frys, and Best Buy Mobile. I'll soon be getting Wal Marts, and possibly Targets.

Haven't got as far as Crazy John's in Australia, but thanks for the info, we are in the process of expanding our Brand Advocate platform globally so I'll take note of that. It's like trying to buy a car, and take a test drive without gas...Very irritating...

AT&T store, had a very knowledgeable manager help me out and even gave me a 40% discount. (Note: This was without renewing or beginning a contract, simply by adding the unlimited blackberry plan he dropped $150 from the phone cost.)

I was lucky enough to get a great customer service rep to help me over the phone while I used the att site to see what we were going over. I had only planned to check pricing for adding a line and upgrading my phone but she was so helpful I bought a red BB Curve 8310. My first...I love it.

I bought mine at a VZW store and was blessed that the dude who sold it to me was carrying the same phone on his hip. He gave me a few helpful pointers to get me started. Of course most of my knowledge (still learning everyday) came from Crackberry.

I got mine from carphone warehouse(UK), the rep had a pearl but didn't know a thing about bbs and forget to tell me there was a charge for using a bb and made me sign the contract which resluted in having a cheap plan by t-mobile since he gave me wrong info and a wrong plan. Can't complain!!!

I got my 8320 (orange,pay monthly)at Phones4U in Yeovil,Uk.

Great service,really nice rep whod just seen a BB rep&so was pretty up on info.Anything she didn't know she asked another member of the team who owns an 8320 herself.

Still haven't got my courtsey call,but that's a good thing4me as I hate them&if anything was wrong I would phone them or Orange.
