Is it possible to buy a never locked BlackBerry in Canada? BlackBerry doesn't sell phones directly. I noticed recently that there are 'Unlocked Phones' sections on futureshop.ca and bestbuy.ca, but I'm not sure if these are unlocked phones that were once locked to some network, or if they were never locked to any network. I really don't want a phone that has ever been locked to a specific carrier.

I'm looking for a never locked small phone with a physical keyboard. For example a Bold 9790 or Curve 9360. The Q10 would also be good for me, but with no contract it's out of my price range.

I would also be interested in factory unlocked Nokia phones if they exist in Canada.

Hey. I should have said more clearly that I don't want an unlocked phone. I want a "never locked" phone because I've had better experiences with them as compared to unlocked phones. I know there are some people who disagree with that; that's OK. I edited my post to make it more clear.
