almost 90% of apps does not work over wifi. they surely want me to pay for a a data plan.

Exactly, it is not in the interest of carriers to have phones that allow data usage without profiting on it.they surely want me to pay for a a data plan.
MSN works with Wifi . I tried today , im using a bold btw .
