Like the company hasn't issued phones since 2011 and everyone's stuck with antiquated phones for business? Dang that's rough.
Unless the lady in question is a massive BB fan and has refused upgrades, in which case I have a lot of respect.
No idea. She’s more than capable of buying her own phones and probably has personal device. I believe the major employer, Citi, was recycling and deploying 9900 Bolds as recently as 3-4 years ago in their AML division here. It’s very compliance regulatory focused so not surprising as primary communication would be email and only email. Phone calls and internal archived texting as well.

There are a handful of people I see out in Windsor, ON that have BlackBerry's. I know people still using the Motion, KEYone, KEY2 LE and KEY2!

Also if you have seen Designated Survivor on Netflix, I just say a KEY2 in season 3 episode 3!

When I worked at this restaurant a couple months back, hardly a night came by without some Berry. Sometimes I even saw up to 5 in one night. I think it was mostly out of towners from NY or something.

Other than that, I saw a hell of a lot more in Paris than here in Vice City, which either tells me that the BB brand name is more tarnished here than in FR, or that carrier support is more important in the US.

The BBMo device I came across the most in general was the silver KEYone.

Carrier support is far more important here in USA due to monthly payments.

I work in construction. And two project managers that I work with from a school board use Blackberry devices. One uses a KeyOne. The other uses a Z10... I haven't yet made a comment to him.

Friend of a friend uses a Motion. Changed from a KeyOne because he didn't like the loss of screen real estate. (I also use a Motion)

The folks who own a local restaurant not far from our home use Blackberry Key2’s.

I saw a Key2 on c-span yesterday. Some government guy in a panel had one sitting on the table yesterday. It was a BE with no case. Looked sick!

Last September I saw several while up in Toronto. I distinctly recall a Classic, Leap, and Q10. Might have been a couple Android ones also. Was there (and Montreal) again this June and I don't think I saw a single one.

I recently returned to using a blackberry classic. I have to say that I see more older Blackberrys than new ones.
I was disappointed when I went to buy a keyone and the store had none. Makes me wonder where they went.

...every once in a while a discrete Classic gets pulled out of a suit pocket, quickly attended to then gets put back in.....if you aren't watching closely you'd miss it.

About five-six years ago, a 9900 in the airport on my way back from Turkey to Greece. Used by a woman in her mid 40s, seemed like a senior executive. I was carrying a 9900 also at that time. We looked each other and smiled like we shared a sicret or something

Never seen a Leap in public. Only one I've ever seen is mine, but it sits on my desk as a spare device.
