    If you mean the browser is very slow to respond, it's because you're using 2009's phone to view 2015's websites.

    If you mean the websites take too long to load on cellular data, it's because you're using 2009's network technology (2G) in 2015.

    Either way, it may be time to upgrade.

    Your out dated phone is the problem. 8520 runs on 2G only which is slower than slow and the hardware & software on your device isn't up to it. The only thing you could try is connecting to Wi-Fi which may help with the Buffering, other than that, upgrade to BlackBerry 10 and you will get a better experience.
