    my BBpassport was purchased in May 2016. current software is 10.3.3.1435.

    i tried several times on software updates,but it always said, YOU HAVE THE LATEST SOFTWARE.

    i found out that, OS 10.3.3.2163 has been made available both officially on factory unlocked devices and through the autoloader files available from BlackBerry servers.

    can anyone guide me how to update to 10.3.3.2163 ? thanks

    Latest Full OS: 10.3.3.2205, you'll need to pick the version that works with your version of the Passport.
