    It seems that they have the same exact things except the Curve has a camera, while the 8820 doesn't.

    However, the 8820 is MORE EXPENSIVE than the Curve. Why??

    Interesting...but you do have to pay for the internet/data plan in order to use google map correct? It won't work if I just have wi-fi?

    How come it on my curve, it has this "map" function? I still haven't figured it out yet.

    The keyboards are pretty different to type on between the 83xx and 88xx series devices. You might want to try then out at a store before deciding.

    the 8820 is aimed at a more "enterprise" market whereas the curve is aimed at the mass consumer market.

    that said, no one ever said you can't get either.

    the 8820 is larger and heavier. which means.... i might as well get the Bold. -laughs-
