I'm not going to call it lame, but the ones that I don't like are the clamshell bb and the torch.

No love for the storm? My 9530 is a workhorse. I'll rock this til it dies.

The first couple of Blackberries that integrated voice/data...the ones that were black and then blue. They were so ugly that I hated even taking then out of the bag to read my email. I was using a personal WM Pocket PC that was, at the time, more advanced than the work Berries.
I currently don't care for the Pearl series. Don't like the keyboard. My favourite keyboard was my 8310, even more than my 9000.

The Tour wasn't intended for people using a GSM carrier in the US (hence the inability of it to use GSM 3g networks in the US), so you're thinking about it wrong. Tour was designed to replace 8830 on CDMA networks. If Canadian GSM networks use the same freuencies the US does for 3g, it wouldn't work there either. It is or at least was the flagship line of the CDMA devices that just happened to have a GSM radio.

I do agree that Tour was lame, but from the perspective that they pushed it to market when they should have just delayed a few months and just released what is now the CDMA Bold, the 9650.
Exactly. It was like one came after the other. The Tour and Bold was released close in date with my own carrier because they had the CDMA and was adding HSPA so it really made it pointless. I am glad I read up on this stuff because I probably would have bought it and been mad shortly thereafter.

I don't think any of them have been "lame" but the Bold 9000 is the device I disliked
the most. It was just was too large. Glad RIM came to their senses and did not
    repeat that form factor.
I actually think the 9650 is a good size. I thought the 9700 was too small. However, the 9650 is slightly smaller than the 9000, but both devices have the same weight. I did not notice much difference at all when I tried a 9650.

The 9800 was nice too. Even though the physical keyboard is smaller than that of the 9000, I like the 9800 for the large screen. It also has the weight that I like.

I just do not care for extremely light devices. They feel flimsy to me.

Of course, I feel the opposite about the clamshell. That looks like a huge brick. I feel like I would want to use it as a doorstop or paperweight on my desk.
