8310 and I loved it. Gave it to a friend of mine when I upgraded. She kept it for months before it went swimming in the sink. She got another 8310 but red this time. Another crackberry addict is born.

My first was a Pearl 8110. I loved that phone with the Sure Type keyboard. When it died I was literally heartbroken. I got this 9700 after that and at first hated it because it is so much bigger than my Pearl was but I have learned to love the qwerty keyboard and larger screen. I do want to try the new Pearl tho just to see.....

My first was just a 3-week free trial. It was a 7520, which was an iDen PTT version of the 72XX, but way thicker like all Push-to-Talk back then. Ran on Telus/Clearnet MiKe network in Canada.
Hefty beast compared to my svelte 9700 now.
Returned because didn't get even half my emails. In hindsight, sure it was my own fault as didn't know to set Outlook to leave emails on server.
I was sad to part with it, as I had formed an intense addiction to the game on it, BrickBreaker. (Ever heard of it?)
When I got my 8330, I was ecstatic to find B'Breaker more than anything!
From there to disastrous Tour 9630 to current Bold 9700.
