I just stumbled upon a poll that I thought might be of interest to this community. You can certainly tell that it isn't a CrackBerry poll...there are way too many choices for that.

Now you post it here and "I'm already using one" overtakes the poll.

I have been BB since the Storm 1, however, if BB does not get current with its hardware for my specific uses (ie - want a large phablet and stylus for field dwg markups) I may move to one of the new windows phones that is being directed at the enterprise market. (MS seems to have a better grasp on what the enterprise market wants than BB)

Microsoft unveils Lumia 640 and 640 XL phablet, with promise of Windows 10 flagship this year | ZDNet

Especially if I can get the BB hub etc on the windows phone.

I think a stylus phablet is even less feasible than a Z30 successor. Unless it was just a dumb pen, they'd have to modify the OS for the pen (like the Galaxy Note).

Even then, is there really an app for that?

I could BlackBerry selling QNX for use in surveying equipment and even working with the equipment company on software development. However, I don't think BlackBerry would release a general purpose BB10 device that *could be* used for professional software *if someone happens to make it*.

Should a company approach BlackBerry to provide the OS and hardware for their tool, be it a CAD or survey device or something else, BlackBerry has the Foxcon connection to make it happen. But... it would be a super expensive specialty device likely only available to specific companies.

LOL@ the options. Seriously, who is going to pick the ones that say they'd switch if they got the device for free when right below it is the "I'd switch for $200 per month bonus)

What kind of universe do those options exist in? I'm curious. If someone is going to pay me $200 a month to use a different phone I want to sign up

Those options don't even make sense. It's not all about money. The pollster should've added features/specs to see what people really want out of their mobile device.

I don't get certain people. BlackBerry 10 devices and software is just as good as all the others.

Hardware? It's spectacular. On par and superior to the competition.

Apps? Has them all and then some.

Software? On par and superior to the competition.

I don't see how it can be a "challenge" to use a BlackBerry.

You have to give a warning when you're switching over to fiction.

Not even BlackBerry itself believes this statement.

How is BlackBerry having all the apps fiction since it does have all apps?

If you believe it, that's all that matters. You might want to tell JC prior to the next app neutrality open letter though.
