I like to text/email better because you can keep the convo's short and end them whenever you want! I can't tell you how many times i have gotten "stuck" on the phone w/ one of those "talk on the phone" people.

I typically use do more texting than actually talking & even emailing. I get a lot of emails but its nothing major. I dont like much talking texting is shorter and I dont have to speak.

HATE talking on the phone unless just briefly. Love to internet, I research stuff wherever I am and happen to have a question. Like texts ok. Prefer BBM over anything. With texting and IM, I control when I answer, and it gives me time to compose my thoughts.

What bugs me are people who say put it away when I'm texting with someone; that same person wouldn't tell a couple of people to stop talking. They don't realize there's a person on the other end.

I agree. Usage varies. I'll text my wife(on some things), my daughter, and a few others. I'll talk to my mom, papi, aunts, and setting up business meetings.
