i have created BB ID but now i forget my password i have tried to access it again by forget password? but after that they has been asked for Password Recovery question: How to explain? i forget that answer for that question now i cant able to work my updated version of blackberry so kindly reply and make me get use of it.

^^ this. Without knowing your password or security question anwser , you are out of luck. You have to remember one or the other or your phone will wipe. If you are on 10.3.2.500 or higher you are in more of a jam if you have protect turned on. If so, after the wipe the only way to set the phone back up is with your bbid and password.
