looks like it's one of your apps... did you try all of your recently installed apps? if this is your first time seeing it i'm guessing it's a new app.
not sure, but your email address is visible in your screen shot ... just in case you want to edit that out
I thought of that but I have not installed any apps in a while.. its definitely a yellow circle with a dollar sign.. wierd...
You have an App called Telicost that has reached the yellow threshold based on your config. You can either change the settings, remove the app to clear the icon.
