Without going crazy, what small things do you think should be standard on future devices or OS.

My 2 cents...

More than one alarm clock setting.
A reminder 'ding' that you have messages, rather than just the light.
Easy access ringer volume setting like on many regular phones.

Keep in mind, I'm talking about small "Well that seems stupid to leave out" things

Be able to decide whether or not to light up the screen with incoming messages. (let it light up for SMS, but not email, whatever)

Hardware: more memory

Two alarms? You mean like the regular alarm and the alarm on the calander?

Text ding? You can change this setting by going to profiles, advanced, highlight a profile and click menu then edit. From there you can change all your alerts. Including getting a dung when you get a text.

Move your profiles icon all the way ro the bottom of your main screen. Now just scroll and click. No annoying beep, beep, beep as you try to change profiles in the middle of a meeting.

I'm still new to BB and I'm not going to say it's perfect, but it's pretty good compaired to my Razr that I dumped last week.

No, I meant you can set more than 1 time for it to go off

I mean that it would continue to 'ding' every 2 minutes as a reminder that you have an unread message or voice mail.

My cheapo razr and lg does both of these

I want RIM to have an "App store" like Apple do with all the programs etc in one place. I am sick of trawling the internet for stuff only to find broken links and things that don't download/work logging in and registering at dozens of websites etc. After spending 3 hours trying to find themes for my Blackberry Curve the other night I very nearly went out and bought an iPhone the next day!

It also needs to play nice with the Mac ... come on RIM this is a serious issue and another reason I am seriously considering that other phone (although its not as cute as my Curve)

A Map that uses the GPS and Cell Towers so when I'm in BFE I can use my "smartphone" to get home instead of picking up my RoKr and using turn by turn on my "Dumbphone" to get home.
