I am getting calls from my old house phone number on my cell. The people say that "I" have been calling them all day. I'm sure my future ex husband is doing this, but how in the heck is he doing it?

There are plenty of spoof apps where you can change your outgoing number when
calling someone.

try doing a clean OS restore on your blackberry right after you report it to the police.
