I gave a rep my BlackBerry Z10 while the two other reps were next to her and the rep I gave my phone to told the other two that this is coolest BlackBerry she has ever seen, it's a really cool phone and she has never seen a BlackBerry like this. She was also impressed when I showed her how to go home by swiping up.

    LOL.

No wonder BlackBerry 10 hasn't sold more, BlackBerry hasn't let the people know it exists.

Yes. Without marketing, people can't buy or promote something they know nothing about. No matter how good the product is.

When I was ordering the Z30 from my local Verizon retail store, the sales lady said she has been offered BlackBerry training but refused because nobody asks for them or wants them anymore. She was surprised that I actually wanted to order a BlackBerry phone and then tried to talk me out of it. When the Z30 came in and they called me to come pick it up, all the sales reps there wanted to see it because they never saw a working Z30! After the initial setup, I showed them a few things and they all seemed impressed but still said they didn't want one. You just can't win with the Shep herd mentality.
