Can everyone chime in with any free email service that you use that pushes and sync's like Yahoo mail does with BB's?

Last time I had a BB Gmail didn't act like Yahoo with a BB. Are you saying it does now? Not just push, but actually sync and reflect each other (gmail.com/ BB)?
Are you using IMAP?
If you use the gmail app it does.

Look for IMAP support - which GMail also now has (even without the GMail app). POP3 support is polled and usually takes xx minutes for a mail to arrive. IMAP is much faster. AIM and GMail support this with the default Storm setup wizard, I can't imagine MSN (or Hotmail or Live Mail or whatever they call it now) is any different.
