Hi all,

I'm doing a SWOT on handset manufacturers for school, and one of the assignments is to see what customers want / expect today from BlackBerry -- now that there are all these Android phones.

Specifically, as a customer, what do you wish BlackBerry could do for you? Is the App Store (and apps being too expensive), are the new handsets too old when they come out? Or do you wish they just went to using Android, etc.

Any opinions or comments would be helpful!!
