I did. its black but the actual clicking mechanism is broken. So im stuck like this for another year

My link you quoted was messed up. Replacing the trackball wasn't the issue, the dome underneath can be replaced, though, and that will restore your click. Check the link now, I repaired it.

They also carry the tray where the dome is installed, if you needed that replaced. But it can be fixed, for cheap, probably. Order a spare dome or two to have on hand for later.

As for mine, still rolling with my venerable Tour. The Y and T keys are partly worn off, but everything is still operating well. I need to update the OS, but otherwise, it'll serve me 'til after the first of the year.

I have the Bold 9650 and I love it. I moved from the Palm Treo and thought I would never get over having to give it up but I love this Blackberry. Just waiting to see if any of the new Blackberry releases can come close, so far nothing has.

Question. I have the Torch and love it. I would also like to get the new Bold when AT&T gets it. Can I just buy it and switch the card back and forth? Any issues when you do this?

the 8900 saved my wallet! I had tried every phone at Tmo and was not happy.

Finally bought the 8900. Had it until it died then I upgraded to 9700 Bold.

Switched to AT&T, got an Iphone. 3 months later i went back to a 8320. Saving up for a 9800 =]

Yes you can. Every 3 years I get a free upgrade and either save or trash my old phone (depending on condition) I just switch the SIM and the Media Card and there we go. New phone. I'd keep your torch if I were you
