ok just got my curve 8310 today.
i installed the cd in order to use the media manager. I get the message that says "this system file is not suitable for running ms-dos and microsoft windows applications" when i click media manager and the screen on my computer freezes when the "Roxio" page starts to come on.

is there a good step by step dummy proof video or some kind of explanation on how to trouble shoot this?

edit: it also reads "disconnected" when i am plugged in to my harddrive
