    OK I HAVE A WORK EMAIL SET UP ON MY TOUR. I GET SPAM OR JUNK MESSAGES ON MY PHONE BUT THEY ARE NOT IN MY INBOX WHEN I LOG INTO OUTLOOK. IVE TRIED SETTING UP FILTERS BUT THE EMAIL ADDRESS THEY COME FROM KEEPS CHANGING.

    ARE THERE ANY SOLUTIONS TO THIS OR AM I JUST GOING TO HAVE TO REMOVE MY WORK EMAIL FROM MY PHONE?

    I believe Outlook has an inbox spam filter. The problem messages may be received by the server and forwarded to your phone, but the spam might only be filtered when you open Outlook at your PC.

    Talk to your work email administrators, they may be able to improve filtering before it gets to the server.
