Our company has several blackberry users. Their email, calendars, etc are pushed to their phone from an exchange server.
We use the blackberry professional manager software installed on our server that is running exchange. Voicemails are handled through outlook and sent over email as .wav attachments.
The problem we are running into is that the wav attachment has not been able to show or open. The odd thing about it is that if we send the email out of our network to say a gmail email box, and then send it back to us, the attatchment is viewable and works fine. Other file type attachments seem to work just fine but for some reason .wav's are not working.
