    Hello,

on the 9330 I am just curious if the one one battery and the one inside the device are the only ones?

Is there anyway for them to plug the device into some type of diagnostic and see that it was killed with water?

    Thanks,
    John

Yes there are other ways for them to tell, although SOMETIMES you'll slip though if you try to cheat the system. You are better off using the insurance if you have it.

There is sometimes an additional strip INSIDE on the motherboard, also a good tech will see signs of moisture corrosion, and a RIM tech can run a diagnostic on the motherboard, that may also show evidence of moisture damage behavoir on the device.
