You can never go wrong with a curve but when it comes down to it you will be the one using it so its better to handle the different models and just see what you like the most.
Do you want to have a Camera? If so you dont want to get the World Edition. The Curve does have a camera, and both of those phones are both on Verizon.
Verison then go with the Storm it has both the full keyboard and the half qwerty, best of all biggest screen on a blackberry cause it's all screen.
The only downside for me is full touchscreen no keyboard backup lol
I agree, why not try out the Storm in a couple of days? I had the 8830 World and the lack of camera was a little annoying at times but overall a good phone.
1. it's less expensive than the Storm by far.
2. OS is quick and can get HTML email, Docs to Go.
3. Has plenty of internal memory; you rarely see memory issues on CB with a VZW Curve
4. Screen is nice size and much larger than the pearl that you have now.
5. The trackball is reliable and easy to use as is the qwerty keyboard.
6. You can add more memory with a memory card.
7. Has a 2.0 mp camera.
You can always upgrade to the Storm in a year or two when the price is lower, the OS is less buggy and you wil know the pros and cons. plus you may or may not like a full touch screen.
i don't have verizon, but i have played with my friend's 8830 WE. i liked it alot. it all depends if you want camera. if yes, than get the curve. if not than get WE, or wait on the Storm. just my 2 cents
I say start with a CURVE unless you have money to burn, then get the Storm coming out this Friday. The reason I say Curve is becuase it is a awesome device, similar to the Pearl but added features and a full qwerty board that allows for easy typing.Go for it. IMO
If I'm wrong someone will correct me, but the best INTERNAL memory of all the BB's will be the forthcoming Curve 8900. As for memory for media I think the Bold is best since it comes with 1Gig already built in.
