I went from the z10 to the z30 and never looked back.
Bigger, better, faster, stronger and a battery that lasts forever.
One of the, if not the best phones I have ever had.
You will not regret the change.

If I had to pick a BlackBerry out of all the ones I have had, the z30 would be at the top of the list......right beside the Passport.

Go for it. You won't be disappointed.

Search for it when it's on sale. I bought my father one last year for $250 Canadian. Brand new and unlocked. $200 for my mom's Z10.

I went from Z10 to Z30 in spring this year and gave my daughter my Z10. Biggest difference to me is screen size and battery life. I bought another Z30 for my wife to replace her android in September.

Wife Z10 to Z30 now, daughter got my old Z10 and me with the awesome new World Z30. That's how we roll baby!

Z30 is a far better phone. I still wonder how I managed two years on Z10 poor battery life.
Today I took my phone off charge at 11am. A little browsing and messaging via text and WhatsApp and it's almost 7pm. My battery is showing 71%.

Waiting for the next high end full touch BB10!

I own and currently use Z10, Leap and Z30. Main question to answer is who is your carrier? I have AT&T. I bought Z30 and then discovered that it doesn't have right bands for LTE with AT&T. I bought from ShopBlackBerry and it's unlocked. I found out after I bought it that a version for AT&T was shelved and the one I have is only good with T-Mobile. Therefore I went and bought the Leap. For me the choice was easy, I want LTE and I can only get it with Z10 or Leap. My Leap battery lasts twice as long as my Z10 (I have two lines) and my Leap is used more everyday. The Z30 is just as good as the Leap except for no LTE. I did put a prepaid SIM in Z30 from T-Mobile and it's just as good as Leap. Only problem is that in my area, T-Mobile coverage is not very good so I couldn't switch over carriers.

I prefer the smaller size and brighter screen of the Z10. Also the replaceable battery.

But the Z30 is the best phone I've ever used. The battery is MUCH better even though it is not replaceable. The speakers are awesome. The keyboard is easier to use than on the Z10 due to the larger size.

You will not be sorry. I have 2 of them, one as a spare. I keep the little Z10 in my car for emergencies.

Same here. I paid $200 for a new Verizon phone on ebay. I had a great experience with it, and with the root of trust, you know that there is no hanky panky with someone tampering the phone through eBay

Blackberry Z10 was the beginning. The Z30 is my upgrade

I love my Z30. I can tell you the following:

1). Bigger, low drain, 5" AMOLED screen which draws less on the battery. Z10 screen is smaller, and is traditional high drain back-Lit LCD screen. Note that the Z10 sreen is a bit brighter, but drains the battery quickly.

2). Z30 has long lasting 2800 MHA battery. That coupled with low drain AMOLED screen means phone will go a long day without draining battery.

3). Z30 has mini two ports: mini USB and HDMI. Can connect with Miracast, NFC and Bluetooth as well.

4). Z30 has quality build with fibreglass back.

5). Z30 has four excellent external speakers.

6). 16:9 display for games, TV and movies.

7). Larger virtual keyboard and HUB.

    8). FM radio tuner .

    9) Available leather flip case in addition to holster and pocket.

10). The Z30 is great for show and tell presentations either on it's own or connected to a monitor or smart TV. A great salesman's tool.

I love both my Z30 as well as my Passport Stainless Steel Silver Edition!

Posted using my BlackBerry Stainless Steel Passport SE (and I also have the BlackBerry Z30).

My Z30 is STL100-5. Works fine on ATnT LTE. I wanted a version that wouldnt go to LTE because of spotty service areas where I live, but anyway it works!

What part of US do you live? In Central Florida, still no LTE with AT&T.....on my Z30. LTE fine on Z10 and Leap.
