    Hi Guys,

    Looking for some help here.

    My wife and I are on a VZW family plan. I have had a BB for 3 years with no problems. I am able to log in to my BIS account online etc.

    My wife recently added a BB as her phone. When I try to create a BIS account for her online it says that BIS has to be accessed on the device, and it will not create an account. Then when I attempt to login online with my ID and password it thinks I want to change devices. Once I cancel that and login all is OK for my phone. However, my wife still cant create an account on the BIS website. Of course we set up email for her on the phone but I would like to be able to login online to send service books etc if necessary.

    What do you all think?

    This happened to me as well. You need to go on the e-mail settings on her BB and setup a BIS username and password. There will be the option to do so in the application.

    I feel your frustration, the same thing happened to me when I got VZW. I almost ALWAYS log onto my BIS thru the PC, things are just easier that way.

    Maybe try deleting all your browser history and cookies...

    I feel your frustration, the same thing happened to me when I got VZW. I almost ALWAYS log onto my BIS thru the PC, things are just easier that way.

    I had the same issue when I came back to VZW. I called customer service and they gave me my user name and reset the password for me.
