Hi All,

So here is the problem, I am trying to setup my Torch with a VPN connection to my corp network. Here is what I have done so far:

Created VPN profile
Associated that VPN profile with the blackberry user profile on the BES
On the Torch, I have setup the VPN profile and associated that profile with the WiFi profile.

The problem is that when I attempt to log in, I get the following error:

VPN State: Error - General

I have looked just about everywhere to try and find some clue as to what would be causing this error. Both VPN profile settings appear to be correct. I know that the VPN on the corp internet side works (Im able to connect with my iPhone without an issue). The blackberry user credentials are accurate.

My questions is: Does the BES have a connection log that would have maybe recorded the VPN login attempt?

Also, is there any other place I could look for some information regarding this general error? (I have looked at the log files on the Torch itself, but the login attempt and subsequent error are not registering in the logs).

Any help is greatly appreciated
