    My wife called Vodafone UK a few days ago to get a replacement SIM. She�s due an upgrade soon (9800), so whilst calling enquired when this was due (with a view to BB10 upgrade). The sales person informed her they wouldn't recommend Blackberry as they�re about to go out of business. Started pushing the Galaxy or iPhone. Now this is obviously really unprofessional from Vodafone but it got me wondering how many other people this advice had been given to and how many other providers are doing this? How damaging is this sort of thing for RIM?
