You need a PDF viewer app. Docs to Go Premium has the ability to read PDF (I think) or if not there are other apps available.
Blackberry's email service handles PDFs that are emailed to you but once you save the PDF on your phone you don't have, as standard, a PDF app.

Mark-d is correct. I believe another app you could consider is Repligo, I've not used it myself but I think you can get a free trial from App World.
