I've had the opportunity to try this service on my S2 (.713) with VZW. It works great and they are onto something good here. If you have the time to offer your assistance, I urge you to do so. Great group of people who are serious about making this service the absolute best it can be.

Compression is one issue we solved. The other was to have one unique content source (one file) for ALL smartphones. Although we generate an additional iPhone link, it's still the same file. We can do VOD and soon test the Live Channels. In addition we decided that Apps are over-rated and people loose track plus have a hard time finding them.

One major feature is the security, as you cannot steal the stream or content...

After we conclude Beta (End of September!) we will launch several commercial services.
