    I received a message from Blackberry requesting me to validate my email address password.I have encountered a problem in that my "password is not accepted and as a result I cannot send or receive messages using the BB internet service.I'm getting a message that the information you typed is incorrect. Retype your user name and password, your username and password are case sensitive"
    I need to access my mail, please help

    Who is your service provider?

    Is this for your provider/BlackBerry email or another email account?

    Or are you talking about your BB ID?

    My service privider is Airtel. The problem relates to my other email account, gmail.
    No I'm not referring to BB ID

    Knowledge base article (KB12116) - Unable to send email messages from the BlackBerry smartphone using an integrated Yahoo ! or GMail Account - Resolution 6 might correct the issue. At least it provides a starting point for troubleshooting if you contact BlackBerry Technical Support.

    My service provider is Airtel
    The problem is for another email account gmail
    It is not for the BB Id

    If you really are concerned it may not work, delete the email address then add it back, you will lose nothing. Sounds like a phishing scam to me!
