Hi,
If im buying blackberry from US sim free,lets say T-Mobile, and using him for example in UK with sim and data plan from local provider, when i check for device software upgrade, it will get the updates from t mobile or the local provider?

You can use any software upgrade compatible with your phone, regardless of provider. See the procedure in http://forums.crackberry.com/f3/prop...ocedure-53359/ and note that the critical step is to delete the file vendor.xml.

However, if you are buying a Bold 9700 be aware that TMo-US uses a non standard frequency for 3G. This is not compatible with other networks and you may find it only gets 2G speeds on other services around the world.

i mean an official upgrade, of the provider, wireless/online update with no deleting the vendor file.

It will use the branded carrier's update (in this case TMob-US)
