    When I try to upload a pic for my avatar it says its too large? How can I resize it?

    No go to "user cp" then select "edit avatar" and you can upload it from your computer.

    I use photobucket, it was much easier (imo) than irfanview

    I use photobucket as well.... here's how:

    Go to photobucket.com
    Register for a free account (worth it b/c you can keep using it to change your avatar)
    Upload your pic
    Click edit
    Choose resize
    Uncheck "keep proportions"
    In the New size section type 80 x 80
    Save

    Yeah I got a little free time and about the nude pics; I'm a nice guy so I'll decline.

    I started paying for my hosting when the BatBerry wallpaper forced me well over my bandwidth so I might as well use it.

    I googled "resize photo avatar" and found a site that you can upload your photo (80x80) and it resized it. I can't remember the site name.

    I used the 'paint' program from my windows pc.

    open the pic in 'paint"
    click image> atributes>
    then you can type in the dimensions 80x80

    then file> save as .jpg
