Does anyone out there know if it is possible to upgrade a BB Device OS for multiple users via the BES server? Or how to wirelessly send an OS upgrade to a Device?
If you are hooked up to Desktop Manager that the BES is on you can do it that way. If not, go to options> wireless upgrade.
Just make sure you tell your IT that you are upgrading the os, chances are you may have to do another enterprise activation if your IT isn't the one doing your upgrade.
