Updating email accounts

Last night on my laptop I had to change my password for my sky email address, since then I'm unable to receive emails on my Key2. It says update password which I do, then says this account is not authoricated please update settings, so do process again, but just keep going around in a circle ! Tried removing email account off phone, re-install nut says email already exists, enter password, put new password in, same message again !!

Looks like according to sky website they have changed there email updates, to access on android phones download latest software, 9. Something. My key2 is updated but on 8.1.0 any more updates available ?
