I have a 2013 Ford F150 and use the bluetooth connection daily in the truck, BUT since I updated my OS on my phone it won't sync to the truck! My phone shows its connected but the truck doesn't connect/recognize the phone anymore!?

Delete the pairing and resync, i had to do the same with my laptop bluetooth

As someone before mentioned delete and re -pair, that should repair the issue, I will like to point out that with the update many users should go through their settings to check to see if it's set as before. I don't use Facebook for example,yet the security setting flipped "on", the Virtual BlackBerry Virtual expert App also was Not reloaded after the update so I had to go back into BlackBerry World to reinstall etc. So a word to the wise just go into you settings and revise them.

I have to reset every time, as it doesn't auto connect anymore.
Every time I start the car I have to delete and manually rediscover the phone and car before it connects. Not efficient and a pain.. I think they broke bluetooth!

I too have a Ford. I needed to do the following:

Turn off Bluetooth on your phone
Turn on your car and turn on your radio
Hit the phone button
Using the arrows select delete all devices
Press end to go back to your radio
Go into phone settings and turn on bluetooth
Hit phone button on radio and then add device
Punch in your code and you should be good...

Well the Ford System has had issues,as well, perhaps you should take it in to the dealer.

I had the same issue with a Mercedes where it wouldn't auto connect. Went through the process a few times where I wouldn't get any options on the properties page.

On the last attempt I decided to change the name of the bluetooth connection on the phone, and then voila, the extra options appeared. Made the appropriate changes, now connects as it should.

FINALLY Got my phone to re sync not sure if it was the truck or the phone but I finally got to where it asked me to enter BlackBerry code on the truck, after I put in the 0000 it's working!
