    We've been finding that when you update a Contact on your BB and then perform a wireless sync to Lotus Notes via the BES, the Contact in Lotus Notes is corrupted (in a way). In LN under the the "Advanced" tab ... before the update, the value in "full name" will be: "<firstname> <lastname>". After a wireless sync, the value of "full name" in the LN Address Book is modified to: "<lastname>, <firstname>". This causes LNotes to interprete this value as2 separate email accounts when "auto lookup" is enabled.

    You have to then update this value in LNotes to correct it. The next time you update the contact on your BB and then do a wireless sync, it messes up again.
