    Hi Friends. Update has been rolled out at last by BlackBerry. But for Q10 it is not the much awaited 10.2 but it is 10.1.0.4181! Still am sure it is an update for the better of all our Q10s!!!

    Got the update as well, on the z10 stl 001, unfortunately they weren't selling the 4g models when it first came out on max is, you guys hear anything about a trade in program or a sim swap of any kind?

    Is there an app or support service to backup SMSes? As for me I don't save any unless they are important in which case I either copy and paste on to an email and save it for future use. SMSes are useless as evidence unless they are criminal in nature and also most telcos I understand have SMSes in their memory bank for nearly 3 years (hearsay!).

    Yes. Battery seems to last a little longer. The background of calendar is white. Then you can download Beta Zone app to access BBM Channels. WeChat is part of the Hub!Not sure if others have noticed other improvements.

    Are you using the Z10 or the Q10? Still not comfortable with un-official versions. Never done it

    Improvement: better battery life for sure additional 10%.. as per normal daily usage. Cons: they ate up my sms history! Blardy Pissed of myself for not having a back up as previous updates doesn't eat my history!

    Overall: back up before update!
