This seems to be the opposite problem from what I've read when searching this forum so here goes:

For some reason, I keep getting emails on my blackberry Tour (OS 5.0...) showing up as read when I haven't read them.

How do I get this to stop occurring?

I notice this when Outlook is open on my computer. If I leave Outlook open and running, When I receive an email, it never shows as unread on my BB.

MM,
General emails coming to my BB from multiple accounts have been showing up as "read" when I haven't opened them yet. Just for clarification, this is different than emails opening up when I remove my BB from the belt holster shortly after they arrive.

I believe jbonnet03 may have clarified the issue. I shut down Outlook and all emails that have arrived since then were marked as "unread."

BTW: thanks for all your help on the Zumo GPS forum!!!
