Is there any way to change the ringtone/message alert when my phone's hooked up to my pc?

I think it reverts to default while connected

Make a new profile and set it to what every you want. Label it PC or whatever. Seems like the easiest to do so you can change it before you hook it to your PC.

That's my prob. I can't hear the defaults for texts and calls, so I miss them when i'm charging from my laptop, i'm wanting to Change the default, it's either that or dragging the air raid siren to my internal memory I guess.

this would actually work because whats happening is the custom tones you have are on the media card which is not accessible while connected also you migt could put a copy of your tone on the device and it should still work

Works like a charm....now that annoying cricket notifier is put to use..
