Hi
I know this mean seem easy to most of you more seasoned users. When I am using my blackberry storm 9500 to make calls (by holding the phone to my ear) I often lean on the screen (with my cheek) and put the call on hold or mute resulting in me talking into fresh air and the person on the other end thinking they have been cut off.
I can't seem to get rid of the options on screen ( 4touch spots) for hold, add participant, speaker phone etc.

can someone help with this as it's driving me mad.
